Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All service requests must be confirmed via text message, phone call, or email.
  • Once scheduled, the client agrees to be present and available at the agreed date and time.

2. Payment Policy

  • We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp at 772-213-2889, as well as credit or debit card.
  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the job, unless a different agreement is made in advance.
  • For services exceeding $200, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
  • A no-show without prior notice may result in a minimum travel fee being applied.

4. Estimates and Scope of Work

  • All estimates are based on the information provided by the client via phone, email, or form.
  • If the actual work involves additional pieces, damaged items, or different conditions (e.g. concrete walls), the final cost may be adjusted accordingly, with client approval before proceeding.

5. Liability and Responsibility

  • We work with the highest level of care and professionalism.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to walls, structures, or defective/incomplete items.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to inspect all products prior to installation or assembly.

6. Limited Workmanship Warranty

  • We offer a 7-day workmanship warranty covering installation or assembly quality.
  • This does not cover misuse, accidents, or alterations made after the job by the client or third parties.

7. Working Conditions

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if the workspace is unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile.
  • The client must ensure clear and safe access to the installation area at the time of service.

8. Weather-Related Delays

  • In cases of severe weather, services may be rescheduled to protect the safety of our team and clients.
  • Chumas Services LLC is not liable for delays or damages caused by weather conditions.

9. Fragile or Special Items

  • Items such as glass, mirrors, saunas, wallpaper, light fixtures, or artworks must be properly packed and ready.
  • If an item cannot be safely installed due to its condition or environment, the service may be modified or postponed.

10. Client-Supplied Materials

  • When the client provides furniture or materials (e.g. damaged or incomplete items, missing instructions), Chumas Services LLC is not liable for delays, improper assembly, or defects.

11. Property Access and Authorization

  • The client confirms they are authorized to request services at the specified location.
  • Any restrictions related to building access, time slots, or permissions must be communicated before the appointment.

12. Right of Refusal

  • Chumas Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the job site presents unsafe, unethical, or non-compliant conditions.
